We don't just market properties in Gascony, we live here and we cherish it too! The restaurants, the air, the markets, the light, the sheer beauty of the place.

On this microsite we share what we know. It's a guide to the best of Gascony and we hope you will find it informative and entertaining.
Some places you will know, but we hope you find something new.

Spirit of the soil, spirit of Gascony

Armagnac, the oldest known wine based eau-de-vie in France is produced in Gascony by a single distillation of white wine in an alambic (still) and then left to age for many years in oak barrels. Armagnac is a hand crafted product, produced in small quantities by the winemakers and negotiants, custodians of the time-honoured savoir-faire. The diversity of the different terroirs and grape varieties give this eau-de-vie a rich and diverse character that reflects the nature that surrounds it.
